Spring Awakening 2013

Spring is seemingly coming early this year and it is time to dust off the tables in the Saumur Room and celebrate another weekend package of our Eat Taste Love series!

Full Itinerary
Friday Dinner April 19th, 2013 6:00pm - 9:00pm at Le Puy featuring Dobbes Family Estate & Red Hills Market


Welcome 
2011 Viognier paired with fresh herbed foccacia from the oven

First
2011 Sauvignon Blanc
Oven roasted artichoke with balsamic reduction and housemade aioli dip

Second
2007 Patricia Pinot Noir
Chicory salad, soft cooked egg, shaved parmesan and bacon vinaigrette

Third
Dueling AVAs! Dundee Hills 2009 Meyer Vineyard vs. Chehalem Ridge 2009 Quailhurst Vineyard Pinot Noir
Chorizo lasagna with kale, rock shrimp, garlic shoots and hazelnut crumble

Fourth
2009 Sundown Syrah
Rhubarb crepes crisped in the oven with Grand Marnier sauce


Saturday Tour April 20th includes De Ponte Cellars, Red Ridge Farms/Oregon Olive Mill and Durant Vineyards with lunch by Red Hills Provincial Dining and finishes at ROCO winery's new tasting room
